Wiring sound bar?

Hey Troops,
This is a dumb question... So please bear with me.... My '98 2.5 came with the rear sound bar installed.... But no cable, just
The connector behind the right seat. I found the correct cable online but it ends in
A unusual (to me) connector, not the standard RCA ends that (I) would expect.... (I'll post a pic. Below In replies)
I do have the 5 disk player in the FRUNK, that I am not using since I installed a new Alpine Bluetooth stereo a few months ago.... Do I need to add an Amp to properly run the sound bar?
Thanks!
Fred
