Hands free kits

In my 2004 2.7 I have the cdr23. I want hands free telephony but want (ideally) to keep the stock radio. Maybe there is a porsche head unit upgrade.

I grabbed one of these to play podcasts and listen to music. Works great for $15. Not audiophile grade, but certainly functional for the price.

I have something similar and it works perfectly. Plus, its portable between vehicles.

iSimple Transit Blu. You can hide it and it works great. Stream music or make calls

So how does that work exactly? You have to have a certain frequency tuned into on the radio? Can you explain in a little more detail how it works. Thank you.

Exactly how/where do you install that? Do you have to remove the radio and install it behind the radio?

Yep. I just bought one of those. This one. You're right, not audiophile quality, but pretty good.

I still may replace the radio with one that has BT, Sirius/XM, but for now, this works fine.
