Help ! Cleaning Exhaust Tips

I have to baked on stuff on my exhaust tip. Any sugg on how to clean. Looks like tar or baked on brown stuff.

I use Armor-All Nevr-dull wadding or their Mag polish on my TT's polished Borla tip, as well as the dual stainless tips on my GTI. Both work pretty well.
