Got some juice. Ctek 3300. Any problem leaving top down while connected? https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...47d50f5657.jpg

Can't imagine it would be an issue

Up or down doesn't matter. I always left my charger on the floor mat. Heat is not friendly to leather.

If the cord is long enough I would place the charger outside the vehicle if possible . Just in case something happens with the charger and it overheats or worse catches fire . While the chances are remote you don't want to be that guy that say's " I wish I didn't leave it in the car " . I believe that the passenger side door weatherstripping has a small cutout from the factory for running the power cord through .

I run my "factory" charger keeping it outside; there is a cutout on the driver side weatherstip for running the wire through.
