Oil Separator.

Was heading to Sebring today from Orlando, Florida. Heavy slow traffic on i4 near Disney. Heavy smoke started pouring out of the exhaust. Pull off the road but it stopped. I have 173,000 miles on a 99 986. Looks like I need to replace the oil separator. When we turned around and drove home, all was fine.

Have you recently changed the oil and possibly over filled it?
