Garage
I find if I drive my car in the winter and get a good coating of salt on the bottom and around the body it keeps the condensation down when it sit in the garage

+1 on carpet. Remove it and see what happens

Tyvek.....

Just buy a roll of Tyvek. It’s a moisture barrier. Lay it down and then roll your carpet over it and park on top.

The concrete is sweating.

Also, buy a dehumidifier and plug it in.

Drill a hole in the wall and route the drain tube from the dehumidifier to the outside.

It works.

I second that, I am in FL so I don't hibernate my car, but I don't drive it a lot between track days so it sits a lot. In my garage, any papers that get left out used to get wilted due to the humidity, but I run a dehumidifier too. I don't have the hole drilled in the wall (I wish I could but the way my garage is laid out, I can't easily do that) so I empty it out by hand when it fills, but it has really made a difference, and wasn't too expensive. Here is the one I have:

You can get yourself a little pump that will automatically turn on and off to drain the reservoir of the dehumidifier and run the hose from there to somewhere outside. My basement dehumidifier has such a setup.

I think this is an invitation for us poor cold northerners to store our cars here for the winter.
Please put mine on a battery tender every two weeks

Thanks

Hibernation

Hi - I have used a bubble for the last 15 years or so, first for my 356s and now for my 986. It’s perfect! It keeps the car dry, circulates the air, keeps critters and weather out. Looks kind of silly, but very effective. It’s paid for itself by eliminating storage costs. I am in Michigan and we have worse weather than Ohio. My 2002 is in the bubble, in my garage, from mid Nov until mid April. Good luck.

Couldnt you try a dehumidifier in the garage to try and pull some of the moisture also?
Just a suggestion, in N. Florida our electronics rooms needed one.
