Id hazard a guess that it's custom manufactured by someone like longlife exhausts in the UK. Can you not message the seller and ask them.?

Tried that - unfortunately the seller is a breakers yard and has no info.
Trying to gauge what it might sound like – would be good to pin point a manufacturer,
