What does it mean when...
 
Air blows out of the oil filler tube when the car is running and quite a bit of air at that,.?? Thanks..

Must have excessive pressure in the crankcase, maybe your AOS has failed. Is the air blowing out into the trunk or in the engine compartment?

the trunk area fill tube if you take the cap off as it idles air blows out that oil fill tube,..its not my car was looking it over to maybe purchase,..

I would not proceed with the purchase until you know the cause of that problem.
