Tapping/knocking sound from front end

I have a 2002 Boxster S with 72K miles that runs well. When I turn hard left in a U turn I hear a tapping sound from the front end. I'm not getting it turning right at this time. Anyone have an Idea what I should be looking at and if it's a reasonably easy fix?

Anu help or advice greatly appreciated!

Can you feel it through the steering wheel? If so, its likely trailing arms.
