Convert Lighter to switched circuit
 

Hi All,
I searched for this and didn't see anything. I'm wondering if anyone has converted their lighter to a switched circuit? I'm not using the lighter to run the battery tender and I have an item that I have plugged into it and don't want to have to remember to unplug every time I turn off the ignition switch. I'm wondering if anyone has move the power supply at the fuse panel to a switched circuit.
