Convert Lighter to switched circuit
 

Has anyone converted their cigarette lighter to a switched circuit? I'm not interested in plugging a battery tender into it and I have an accessory plugged in that I don't want to have to remember to pull out when I'm not using it. I could tap into the phone plug but I would rather change it at the fuse panel to a switched circuit.
