I have decided against the shrink wrap. The car capsule is great, but a little to obtrusive for my driveway. I had a long discussion yesterday with a Jaguar club friend. He loves the capsule. I think I will upgrade the California Car cover to the top of the line weatherproof model. I still drive it in the winter anyway, as long as no snow or salt on the road. Thanks to all for the comments!
