Antonio,
The Hardtop is installed with the caps. They fit over the front mounting pins, ribbed side down. They help eliminate some play in the front. I just re-installed my hardtop yesterday.

Your link doesn't work for me. The part number you listed is for the lug covers for the two tabs that go into the windshield header. You'll be able to mount the hardtop without them but it may rattle and you shouldn't go without them for a long time. When I bought my hardtop one of them was missing. I drove my car to pick up the hardtop with the spinlocks already installed and drove home about 60 miles with the hardtop on and one of those lug covers missing. I don't know how long it stayed that way before I realized one wasn't there, but the rattle coming from the windshield header went away after I replaced it.

ok, thank you at all, so i will put the hardtop again with them, because for first installation I could not with them, so I removed and mounted ....:eek::eek:....in fact it is noisy..:troll:...only that it seems difficult to mount hardtop with them, it seems that hardtop is slightly larger than the expected hooks ....any ideas?
thank you in advance
