Is replacing the AC blower hard?
 
The Porsche dealership want $1,250 and I'm thinking that's a lot. My girlfriend had her Toyota done for $400. The "Porsche Tax" can't be that high. I couldn't find any YouTube videos, is' it hard to replace?

Yeah, everything is on Youtube now and Youtube always shows how to do it (not).

What do you mean by AC blower?

The blower motor of the heating AC system? See attached files.

It's under the passenger side (Left hand drive) dashboard.
Remove the foam panel that is above the passenger's shins and you should be able to see the part that is pictured in the diagram.
