Camshaft Fault Code
 

Had the check engine light come on earlier today. Car was not running hot and had plenty of oil, so I took it over to my local P-Car Shop.

Upon arrival, the light was already off and they scanned for codes. Said it was a Camshaft code that clould be a fluke thing or an intermmitent start to something more serious.

Has anyone experienced this and can shed light on what this may or may not be?

They didn't reference a specific number, just cam actuator.

They are not concerned unless it reappears. Also just came across some Rennlist threads where it could be wiring connections/solenoids.
