My front cable broke on my 2000 S, so it is a cable that goes all the way into the cabin, instead of an electronic actuator that pulls the cable.

Woody sold me a new cable but I could never get it routed, so instead I bought some new cable from amazon and some swage tooling, and threaded the new cable through the existing plastic sleeving and did the repair that way.

I might still have some, and some of the other parts like this:

That I used.

Let me see if I still have them and I can send them to you. You would need some swages, like this:

But whatever you do, don't get the stainless ones like me, they were waaaaay to hard to squeeze by hand.

Edit: I also still have the whole assembly I got from Woody, and although he had no trouble, I could not for the life of me figure out how to get the old one out and the new one in. His skills are superior... But it is good for a reference to see how it all goes together outside of the car.

Search forum for radio code, should be a thread with instructions. You need to post sn and the thread owner can get you a code.
