Did you test the drains to see that water going in to the drains comes out under the car? The tubes might be disconnected. How are the door windows sealing against the top frame? That's all I've got.

I think i have found the problem both foam drain trays are damaged ! Not sure whether I can repair them or may have to replace them.
Thanks for your input

I thought the tubes coming out of the drain hole in the foam trays were optional. As in not present from the factory for certain years. I've never looked under the foam tray - can anyone confirm whether the draining water must enter the tube in order to properly drain to the outside? Thanks

If you haven't yet, do it right now. Get your front seat out, raise your controls up out of the water and start drying everything out. Expensive bad things are in your future if you don't. Good luck.
