00 Boxster rough idle when start up

I have a rough idle at start up and back firing. Once I back out of the garage and go about 2 streets then its fine. Any ideas? I replaced the maf sensor and air filter.

Hello - have you checked the plugs, coils? Possible vacuum leak?

Scott, watch the video I just posted (Breaking stuff...). I’d bet dollars to donuts that you have a vacuum leak!
(That was one of my dad’s expressions, when donuts were like 5 cents!).
