2000 S cranked but doesnt star
 
Round one; dead on road; towed home, pulled codes, replaced CPS sensor.

Round 2 and 3, at gas station both times, post fillup. Cranked did not start, approximately 5-10 minutes later, did fire.

Pulled codes;
P0410, P1411, P0446.

Would these account for issue as described?

The EVAP purge valve is why your car won't start after fueling. Could also be gas cap.

particle wave, thanks for quick reply; I think my take away is replace EVAP purge valve and gas cap.
However on the answer "SAI system failure, will not keep car from starting (could be bad air pump, but likely bad vacuum or valve), are you suggesting the EVAP purge valve or yet another?
