Newbie question

I have a 2006 and am missing a ceramic plug on one of my calipers. Can anyone direct me on where to get one of these yellow gadgets?

I don’t know how to post a picture but it Is a small circular piece that goes between the piston and the brake pad. There is one on each of the four pistons.
