Paule, just stock exhaust save for the secondary cat deletes.
Cunningr, I don’t think that the weather played a role, cool & dry both days. I feel fairly sure that the fuel and dyno change had a lot to do with it. I may well get a new reading when my first tech gets his machine back up and running. I can be pretty obsessive.

Looking at pictures of stock 986 S exhaust manifolds, I would think a decent set of headers would give you a nice HP gain, from both the freer flowing exhaust and the scavenging effect, especially since you've already helped the intake side. But if you need cats they are pricey!

Yes, I have considered this and it is quite tempting, but man, it’s easy to throw money at these toys! There’s also the noise factor. I do like to take this car on the occasional road trip.
