OK, last week I did the leaf blower thingy to help dry my car. I had to first overcome the concern I had, regarding my neighbors thinking that I am totally crazy! I finally realized that my neighbors think I am already crazy, and decided to just let er rip!!
The results were great!
1) Mine is electric
2) Make sure your driveway is clear (swept) before you start, so you are not blowing a bunch of stuff onto your newly cleaned car
3) Cut my drying time by more than 75%
4) Best part is the dirty water removal from the cross-drilled rotors. I was always getting this dirty/rusty water dump on my clean wheel barrels, right after washing and driving into the garage. This process of blowing out the rotors and calipers removes about 95% of this dirty/rusty water dump.
