Unless you see some deviation of the cams, I wouldn’t spend the time or $ on the ramps/tensioners just because. However, if I were to do the IMS I would do the tensioners then for sure, they come out anyway. Definitely water pump/coolant. And keep an eye on your PS pump, they can make a nasty mess on top of the engine if overheated. My alternator voltage regulator died on the track, so keep an eye on your charging voltage. Check your motor mount, that is a one and done for a good while, if it’s never been changed, it is most likely dead.
