The end of one chapter
I sold my 2004 Boxster last week.
This was my first Porsche and I bought it new. A nice lady from Idaho came and purchased it in Alabama and then drove all the way home in 3 days. She had been looking for a Carmon Red Boxster. I was amazed that the friend of hers in Alabama was a friend of my good friends father. Small world. I gave her all the papers and told her about this forum. I have some work to do, but should be back soon with a 2007 Boxster(I love Porsche based goals) This is the last picture I took of my car when I cleaned it up for her. I am selling all of my Porsche child car seats on ebay and in our classified here. If you have a child I can't tell you how much you will enjoy riding with them. Open top Porsches are great quality time! I'll be around to rant and rave just not as often. |
That is a beautiful and rare color.
Thanks for the plug and hurry back! |
Thanks,
I'll be back(as the gov says) |
I've never seen that color....interesting. Was it unique to 2004? Why did you sell the box?
|
lexuspilot, sorry to see you go, but sell a few more planes and hurry back with the '07. White with Cocoa interior or Black with Beige. That's my vote.
Do I smell a turboprop soon? I am sure the Doctors are salivating at the thought. |
Rail..Black with Cocao too.
Yes we have a jet coming out in '09 Adam, Carmon red is a classic Porsche color and a 900 dollar upgrade. You should see a Cayman in it. It really only looks good with black interior and all the gold crests. I liked it because I am an FSU fan and Garnet and Gold are the colors. The color looks nothin glike the digital camera captures. It is shiny maroon I guess. The gold on the wheels and steering wheel pop-out in person and it look svery money. |
Nice...It looks shiny...Why are you waiting for 07' boxster?
|
2007 Boxster S - The engine, which has been increased in size from 3.2 to 3.4 liters, develops 295 bhp at 6,250 rpm – 15 bhp more than its predecessor
