We had a first generation BMW e30 M3 and turned it into a race car when we added an e36 M3 to the stable. In the US the e36 M3 got 3.2 liter version of the US 2.8 liter motor while the euros got the real deal individual throttle body model that made way more power. I got license plates for that car that said 332is (as it was really just a more powerful 328is). I added the "m" and kept that screen name for most forums.
