[Audio] Strange noise when turning steering

Hey there,

I just discovered a weird noise that my car does when I'm driving (~30mph). If I turn slightly the steering to the left it starts doing this noise (high pitched metallic noise): https://www.dropbox.com/s/d31nwmfsb1yfyqu/Squeal.m4a?dl=0

It sounds only from the left side. Anybody heard that before ?

Thanks

Garage
Could also be brake pads without any noise suppression.
