Pretty sure that CEL isn't a friendly reminder that you're coming up on 15,000 miles.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and bet it's going to be your MAF. Mine went right around that mileage. Depending on the circumstances, you might not notice anything unusual to start. However, if it really is the MAF you're going to start noticing hesitation and/or unusual RPM activity. Eventually, it's going to start hesitating so badly you can barely drive it.

Again - I'm not saying that's what it is - I'm just laying down my bet given the mileage and the fact you haven't mentioned any problems (yet) with driving it. Of course, it could also be your gas cap or any myriad of crap. Get the code read so you can sleep at night....
