OBC Hack; Dealer only?

I am getting ready to wire up for the OBC Hack and wanted to know if the dealer is the only one that can activate the setting with the Porsche tool, or can Indy do it with Durametric or some other tool?

Durametric will do it as stated......my indy has the Porsche tool as well.

Other indies must have the Porsche tool???

I think the Duramtric is a great investment......find mine very valuable.

Hey box, Im just being cheap is all. Porsche Tool being the PIWIS.
