Hey! From one Ft Collinser/Collinsee? to another - (I grew up in Loveland - LHS class of 76 and CSU 85). The first time I used Metric motors was back in my air cooled VW days in high school, and off/on for many years. I'd use them again w/out hesitation. They are also well versed in Boxsters - I'm pretty sure they do some Spec Boxster racing as well.

And don't be afraid to change your own oil. The worst you'll do is make an oil slick in your driveway. Just YouTube it about 50 times first!

While a DIY oil/filter change is a 1 out of 10 for difficulty doing it safely ratchets it up a little . If you are placing the car in the air make sure you do it safely . Unfortunately there are enough stories on the web of guys being crushed/killed under cars . Not trying to scare you just respect the potential for danger if you do something stupid .

Did something like that once with a 2' level, no one got hurt. We could probably have a whole thread about tools left in the car after working on it.
