Palm Beach International Raceway - anybody been/want to go?

Update: This event is canceled.

There is an event at Palm Beach International Raceway (PBIR) Thursday evening October 26:

Thursday Night 10/26 - Under the Lights @ PBIR

Only $125 for 4 sessions in the evening - I guess that track has a lot of lighting - I think they run night events there sometimes. My son ran there one evening with SCCA Track Night in America and he enjoyed it. I didn't get to go that time.

I am signed up and I have never been, so I am hoping that someone can give me some hot tips on this track or maybe have some in car videos to share.

Also, I hope to maybe see some 986forum folks there :)

For folks that live close by and won't need to go to a motel, $125 is about as inexpensive as it gets :)

I did find this video from forum member harryrcb (although I am not sure how active he has been recently - Edit: maybe he isn't a member here - maybe I have the alias wrong)

Here's the track, it runs clockwise.

Whenever I'm going to a new track, I go out to YT and search "track name Cayman" to find videos posted by Cayman drivers. Even better if the track is embedded in the vid to help acclimate you to where you are. There were a few PBIR vids from Caymans but none at night. Found an STI driver who posted several night vids. Pretty cool. Looks like a lot of fun.
