Swap meets?

Hey all. I was wondering if anyone knows about any good up and coming swap meets. I have a ton of old parts I would love to try and get rid of. Even for less just to get rid of some stuff. I was considering eBay but things like bumpers UPS wont ship(too big). So eBay wont work for some things and was looking for an alternate way of getting rid of these items even if it means for a little less :/
Feedback would be appreciated

I've never heard of this. But it is interesting that the Boxster is starting to reach a level of maturity that it will eventually have a 944-like offering of parts, used or aftermarket.

Well I know of 2 swap meets so far. In April, in Hershey PA, there is one. I do plan on going to that one. And in October there is one held in mayland someplace. I dont know many details about that one. I was hoping to try and find another in the NorthEast before April. If I have to wait then that would be fine too. THe drive to Hershey PA is a nice one.

We have 2 each year in the San Jose area. Little Boxster stuff but it has improved a bit the past year or so.

Some dealers have a bulletin board for parts. Or try you PCA region newsletter.

Yeah I have checked with my local PCa peeps and they are the ones who hold it in October. Only once a year. My shop guy told me the one in Hershey was pretty good for BOxster stuff last year and he is taking some stuff there and I was planning on it too in April. I was just primarily wondering if people knew of any others in the North East. CA is a little far to go for one of those :/

Probably the only thing I have that you might be interested in is the Twin Tip Gemballa Sport Muffler. Little pricey buy VERY nice. If your interested we can probably work something out with a good price since you are local and no shipping would be required.
let me know...
Everything else I have to get rid of is mostly the stock parts such as lights all the way around from when I first started modifying so have body parts and some engine stuff.

Toolpants, you're in CA. You have the special boxster red interior?

jfmillr,

You have to post some pics when you get that new exhaust in. I want to see the pipes out of the bumpers like the GT Carreras.

I was at the shop this afternoon. I should have taken a pic but was in a hurry. THe rear exhast is installed. They need to install the lower rear diffuser to cover up the old exhaust area and covers the underside of the rear bumper. Chrome O-rings and pipes look awesome. They are going to cut the entire area of the license plate off including getting rid of the bumperettes and putting a black metal grill in its place which the license plate will attach to. Coming along....
On monday I am stopping back by there. I will take a pic of its work in progress. FYI Sideskirts are installed but still need to be beaded and painted.

Speaking of parts, I have the exhaust off my 2000 Boxster S. I took it off with 19,000 miles and have it sitting in my basement. If anyone needs it please email me an offer.
