Weird intermittent squeal during deceleration...

Hoping someone could shed some light on a intermittent squeal that my 2001 boxster has during deceleration. The squeal is there as I am slowing down with my foot off the brakes and off the accelerator. The sound comes in and out at about 60 km/h and then again at about 35-40km. While the noise isnt terribly disturbing it does sound almost exactly like a brake type squeal however im wondering if it is something else since it occurs without me pushing the brakes and also seems so come and go always at roughly the same speeds that I had mentioned above as the car is slowing down.

I would love to be able to say if it is coming from the front, middle or rear of the car but its difficult to tell as I usually hear it when Im slowing down next to a curb or something else that can bounce the sound back to my ear.

Hope someone can shed some light

Thanks.

Jeff.
