LHS Headlight issue - Litronics work. Blinkers, fogs & high beams don't

An issue cropped up in my LHS headlight after changing out the fog light bulbs.
Everything worked fine prior to the bulb swap (performed on both units).
Symptoms:
* RHS headlight is completely fine.
* LHS litronics work
* LHS flasher does not work
* LHS low beams do not work
* LHS fog does not work

Things I've checked:
* All pins are straight
* The bulbs are properly seated in the harnesses
* Fuses are fine
* Light switch replaced in the last couple years
* Have *NOT* swapped the left/right relays yet

In troubleshooting this issue, I realized that I might have knocked the top of the connector loose from the plastic piece holding it in position by mis-aligning the unit the first time I tried to insert it. It's a little loose at the top, but solid on the bottom. This would make sense if the Litronic pins are at the bottom of the connector...Thinking about duct taping the connector in place as a test.

Anyone experience something similar and/or have a suggestion?

Tracked this down for those experiencing similar issues.
The top of the harness connector (item 20 in the diagram) was not completely clipped into the headlight tray.
The result was that the low beams would work (presumably the lower pins on the connector engaged) and the other lights in the housing did not.
