IMS and RMS

Hi

This may have been answered before and I apologize if that is the case. I was wondering if this group knew which model years were affected by the IMS and RMS issues? Is this something they had fixed in the 987, etc?

Thank you in advance

This topic has been covered likely more than any other topic on this forum. Search is your best friend.

But basically ALL M96/M97 engines are susceptible to IMS failure and/or RMS leaks to varying degrees of chance.

Use the search and look up the dozens and dozens of threads that show up. Each thread has dozens and dozens of posts.

Happy reading
