rubber baby buggy bumpers

What do I need to remove the rear bumperettes; and what will I find (holes,cut-outs,etc) when I do? I saw an ad for Boxster parts that showed a nice, clean look w/o the pads.

Allen socket #8 I think. You will see the bumperette holders protruding through the bumper cover.
