Oil cloud when I drive an high speed left curve
Hello, I have this problem 3 or 4 times only when I drive an high speed left curve (not at right curves). The car start to smoke a big oil cloud, and stop when I lift the foot of the throttle.
I think is caused by the oil displaced to the right side of the engine by the centrifugal force. But what do you think is the problem?

There are several threads about his problem. My 2002 di it at the track, and only in left hand turns. The cause was my passenger side scavenging pump on the cylinder head was indexed incorrectly.
There are other possible causes, such as a bad pump, over-filled oil level, or possibly a suspect air-oil separator.

According to you, I was thinking in AOS or the scarvage pump, first of all. Maybe need to check the scarvage pump because it was removed a year ago.
But I want to know if there is any method to check that the AOS is ok. Thanks for reply.

I would replace it. Its not terribly expensive and you can replace it yourself as long as you get a clamp remover with a long reach.

With the motor running, if you remove the oil fill cap, is there suction? If so, this would further make the AOS suspicious of failure/failing. Not uncommon.

What replace? The aos or the scarvage pump?

I'm guessing he means the AOS.
If the scavenge pump was removed recently, I be that is the problem. It was re-installed incorrectly, and it isn't scavenging the oil from the cylinder head.

I think the same, bacause the aos was replaced few years ago.
The scarvage pump was removed to change the o-ring. Where can I see the correct position of the pump and the cover?

Hello, I remove the oil fill cap, there is suction, but a very light suction. Also, when remove the cap I ear a noise inside the engine like a pressure cooker, the engine make some variations in revs, but not stopped. I think this noise come from AOS, but is normal or is a sign of failure?

Normal, there should be some suction. Very high suction is a symptom of a failed AOS.
Never tried listening through the oil fill tube, sure all kinds of interesting noises. :-)

Ok, so the the problem would be from the scarvage oil pump. I will remove it and check the correct position.

You can check the orientation of the pump without removing it.
