A/C Evaporator Box (03' Boxter S)
The a/c evaporator box has lost it's foam, so condensation builds up and drips when the a/c is on for long periods. I've been quoted upwards of $2,500 to fix it as it's very labor intensive.. anyone out there have any insight into any alternate repair options?
Thanks in advance! |

Loss of foam is usually from the flaps by the heater core. This whole thread is good info. My solution starts in post #37 http://986forum.com/forums/performance-technical-chat/42802-interior-vent-debris.html |
