My Horn
 

Not sure what's going on with my horn. I needed to use it today, and it sounded only the low tone horn. I tried it several times but still no different. When I got back home and tried it sitting still both horns worked.

You have 3 horns. 1= Alarm ,1= hi one, 1=low tone. The Alarm horn is by the battery. The other two are under the Pasngr side bumper.
For diagnosis it is necessary to know if the horns under the bumper operate in all ignition key positions or not.
If one of the horns works correctly ,the wiring is probably O.K. Just need to replace the defective horn. Bumper off to do that !
Hope you don't have a wiring problem - that often means Steering Wheel off.
I replaced the 2 horns behind the bumper with a Nautilus.Better for freeway .

My horn sounded OK at times, but sounded sick at times. I pulled the front bumper yesterday and found the problem. I thought it was the low tone horn, however after unplugging one and then the other I found it to be the high tone horn that was bad. I ordered a new horn from the Parts Container (Partscontainer) store on Ebay. The horn is the FER oem horn made in Germany. $24 with free shipping through the post office. Should be in my hands tomorrow. I might add each horn is marked with the letter H or L.
