The bottom half of the reflector is the high beam.
However, with bi-xenon, the HID functions as both the low and high beam. The halogen high beam is only necessary for daytime flashing, which the OP will need to pass inspection.

You need shrouds. It looks a bit off without them and the light scatter is not ideal.

Thanks for the explaination Particlewave! I haven't found the right shrouds yet. I really really like the ones nine8six makes! Think i've seen them on Rennlist...
