Top wont go up
 

So I started car up this morning and dropped the top like any other day and when I came home the top wont go up. When I hit the top button on the dash it comes up about an inch and stops and that's it. I don't see it bound up anywhere so did the top motor burn out? This is the first time my top has ever given me any trouble.
