I didn't even test the straight line speed. I thought you had mentioned the word practical. Straight line speed has nothing to do with practical.

My friend lives in a downtown apartment. He can have only one vehicle. Name another that fits all of those qualities above and keep in mind he is one of those people who just loves Porsche. Porsche figured it out..."keep learning" and you will too.
