How to adjust hood alignment (whistling)

I have a high pitched whistling that I think is coming from the hood sitting a bit too high at the leading edge. How do I adjust the height of the closed hood? This is for an '01 S, btw. Thanks guys,

According to Bentley's Manual, front trunk lid alignment aids include the hinge attaching bolts, the lid striker and the rubber bump stops.

Adjust lid striker by loosening attaching bolts and moving it.
Adjust rubber bump stops in or out as necessary.
The gap should be: 5.8mm or .23 in.

Hope this helps.
