Took a Road Trip

Just returned from an 900 mile road trip in the Box. Gotta say I really like the new Koni FSDs. Makes even the avalanche prone road sections bearable. Took the 88 over the Carson pass into Tahoe and the 89 to Reno. Looks like I need a new camera but still some great scenery.

Took that route several times over the last 5 years to Minden and stayed at the Carson Valley Inn. 88 is a fun road to drive.

Oh how I wish I owned a Porsche when I lived up there. There's some real fun roads up there in the summertime. Not sure how well a boxster would have done in the winter though. I saw 9ft of snow in one week once.
