Gorgeous watch. What year is that? 70's?

1973, give or take. A horological 'barn find', having sat untouched from the mid 1980's until last year, when the case was opened for the first time since new to have the movement serviced, case seals and crystal replaced. Thanks for the opportunity to brag. Nobody I know cares a lick about watches!

It's a great find! The case shape gave it away as being a 70's watch. It's a popular shape with Autodromo brand whose watches are influenced by seventies design. I'm a big fan of seventies industrial design.

Here are my watches in order I bought them (Seiko, Tag Heuer Sport Elegance, 50th Anniversary Rolex Sub, and Apple Watch) . I wore them all a fair amount, but am sad to say that tracking my activity has me wearing the one on the far right right now.

Casio CFX-200 Scientific Calculator Watch

I wore one of these in college back in the 80's. Amazing technology, especially for the early 80's!

I currently have two in pristine condition, one with the standard band, the other with a deployment clasp band. I also have a non-working parts one.
