Johnny, I think xenons should be the first thing to appear on any options list for the boxster. They illuminate the road a hell of alot better than the stock haligens that I have driven. They give you more bang for the buck on the box than any other option. FYI they were a $1,050 option on my box and I've seen places that sell them as low as $1,100. ****************, just to have my roll bar painted from the factory cost me $550. That's a lil pricey if you ask me. The xenons also do away with the unflattering amber turn signals and even have the nifty headlight sprtizers. I'd pay $3,000 for the xenons if I had to. The whiteish haligens are better than stock but they still don't come close to the performance of a real xenon bulb. I would expect a 50k car to come stock with xenons. Many 25k asian cars come with them stock.
