Smile Thanks for the input

Well as it turns out... The collapsed oil line was a recall from 2000. The line was found to be defective and should have been replaced a long time ago. The collapsed line caused the oil seperator to fail. All of the weird noises where directly caused by this failure. Its running like a champ again....

My friendly repair shop did an awesome job fixing it. They replaced the line and the oil seperator. $340 including labor.. I couldnt be happier. The thought of a possible a/c replacement or even a flywheel as suggested was pretty scary.

I'd say it worked out pretty well. I hate to think what a Dealer would have charged me or what they would have tried to replace.

I Love Eurosport in Va Beach VA.
