Regarding the front height there is normal standard suspension with US M030 10mm lower and row M030 is 20mm lower I believe. rear height is same except row m030 is 10mm lower

I would go H&R springs but they are so inconsistent....you claim .75 inch H&R states 1 inch. I've seen quite a few that have dropped about 1.5 inches. If i were to do both front and rear, it's fine but I don't want to change the current rear height. If I go H&R front's and if it drops 1.5, it'll be too much of a rake.
