Good Guys.
As scary as it is to send off your ECU, immobilizer and Keys, the experience was good.
Security system works as original.

Fwiw....
...I called them on the phone and bought their ECU protection case and installed it myself.
I got a good vibe on the phone and their service was quick and friendly.
My gut says they are great folks.

I have sent them 2 ecus to convert to row map and eliminate immoblizer on one. Good experiences and fixed price before I shipped them off.
