This is just gorgeous...
...has anyone here done anything like this in their frunk?
I'm sure most everyone has perused the Singer Vehicle Design website and drooled over their amazing work, but I just happened to come across this last night and wondered if this would work in the frunk of a Boxster. I would imagine an auto upholsterer would have to do the quilted leather bit. Very curious as to how these panels are made. This particular 911 also has the same quilted leather lining the engine compartment. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1488983691.jpg |
And as I'm searching for diamond quilting, I find this...

I can't see leather holding up well in the engine compartment.

That's what you get for a half mil$

it can definitely be done fairly easily...expensively, if you want quality materials, but easily. The shop that did my top does things like this all the time.

I could go for that car seat! Nice!
