Part number request
Quick question: what is the part number for the driver's side rollbar wind deflector (the black plastic mesh grille that snaps into the rollbar opening)?

Hi,
For the 986 (you don't mention Model/Year?), the Part Numbers for the Wind Deflectors are:
- 996.561.583.00 (Lft.) - $85.00
996.561.584.00 (Rt.) - $85.00
You can often find these on eBay or other sources as has been mentioned. Good Luck!...

Sorry, I forgot the year. This is for a 2002 Boxster S. Thanks for the responses on the kits (and I already knew that the sponsors sold them), but I just need the one deflector. I lost the driver's side one, and am trying to find it through sellers on ebay.
The prices I'm getting at the dealer and places like pelicanparts (P/N is 986-561-583-00-01C-OEM, I think) is about $108, so is the $85 price correct?

Hi,
$85.00 is the catalogue list price from ********************************************, there's no way to know if the price is curent, though the catalogue is their latest. The only way to find out is to give them a call...
